Hosting fees in this industry have a habit of going up. Sometimes with a heads-up, sometimes buried in a terms-of-service update most agents never check again. You sign up at one price, you stay for a year, and then one day you notice your billing changed. It happens more than people talk about.
When Atlas Coast founder Melissa joined her first big-name host agency as a newbie agent, the monthly hosting fee went up not once, but twice, in her first 10 months. That won't happen here.

90/10 is one of the most competitive commission splits in the host agency space. No tiers, no production thresholds to unlock, no starter rate while you prove yourself.
On the "100% Commission" Claim
Some agencies advertise 100% commission, which sounds better than 90%. Those agencies typically offset it with significantly higher monthly fees or per-booking charges. Run the full math before assuming it's a better deal.
On Preferred Supplier Rates
Large, established agencies sometimes earn higher base commission from suppliers through years of volume. What rarely gets mentioned: those agencies often pair it with 70/30 or lower agent splits. Seventy percent of a higher rate versus ninety percent of a lower one. The net difference is much smaller than it sounds.

The host agency space has a structure problem. We reviewed hundreds of agencies in the industry's largest public directory. A meaningful number are built around recruiting, not booking travel. Atlas Coast is not structured that way. We want our agents booking travel, not pressuring others to join.

Unlike some of the big corporate host agencies, Atlas Coast Travel Group isn't some Silicon Valley venture capital-backed, faceless big firm, but we're a host agency built and run by actual travel agents, designed intentionally to be as agent-friendly as possible.
Your Earnings Don't Disappear.
Your payout minimum is low ($25), uncleared balances roll automatically to the next cycle and never expire, and commissions on completed trips are paid out if you leave, even if it's below the $25 threshold. Some agencies keep that balance when you go. We don't. Full payout details are in our FAQs.
No Fees. Seriously, None.
A low monthly hosting fee is an easy sell. What some agencies don't mention upfront is what comes after: transaction fees on bookings, ACH fees deducted from your payout, charges to access supplier portals or training. Our monthly fee is one of the lowest in the industry paired with a 90/10 split, and it is the only fee you will ever pay us. No add-ons. No per-booking charges.
Your Clients Are Always Yours.
No non-compete clause. No client ownership language. You can dual-host with other agencies. The relationships you build belong to you before you join, while you are here, and after you leave. That is in your agreement, not just on this page.
Credit Card Authorization, Built In.
Most agents have to subscribe to a separate PCI-compliant platform just to collect client payment information securely. That typically runs $25 to $55 per month on its own. Ours is built directly into our system at no extra cost. The authorization flow is handled by a secure, third-party PCI-compliant system. You send the client a secure link, they complete it, and an encrypted timestamped record is attached to their file automatically. No spreadsheets, no email threads, no added subscription, no figuring it out yourself.
Insurance Waiver, Built In and Defensible.
When a client declines travel insurance, you need documentation that proves you offered it. Most agents pay a separate monthly subscription for third-party waiver platforms to get this. Ours is built directly into MyAtlas at no cost. When a client completes it, the system captures their name, email address, IP address, date, and browser information, creating a tamper-proof timestamped record. That is the kind of protection that holds up.
