Atlas Academy: travel agent training
Real training for a real travel business.
Atlas Academy is the training built into every Atlas Coast membership. University educators designed it, you move through it at your own pace, and live coaches are there whenever you want a real person to talk to.

Not a folder of PDFs
What host training often looks like
- Recycled videos and old Zoom recordings
- A shared drive of PDFs to sort through yourself
- Answers that depend on who signed you up
What Atlas Academy is
- A structured curriculum with professionally edited videos alongside written lessons
- Every module opens with a video overview and closes with a short quiz
- The same foundation for every agent, built and maintained by the agency itself
Supplier setup, spelled out
Getting registered with suppliers is where a lot of new agents stall. Plenty of hosts hand you a supplier list and a login and leave the rest to you. We don't.
Every supplier gets its own card
Step-by-step registration in our Supplier Directory, plus which credential to use and how that supplier pays commission.
Switching hosts? You get your own steps
When the process is different for agents coming from another host, the card spells that out separately, from setting up a new login without disturbing bookings still with your old host to moving your training credits over.
The quirks, written down
The small things that cost agents hours, like suppliers that look up your agency by phone number instead of CLIA, are right on the card.
Paperwork we handle
For the suppliers that require agency-level submission, Atlas Coast handles it on your behalf.
A real card from our Supplier Directory
Royal Caribbean
Cruise line. Registration through Cruising Power.
- Go to the Cruising Power login page and click Register
- Choose Travel Agent, not Travel Agency
- When it asks for your agency, enter the Atlas Coast phone number
- Select Atlas Coast Travel Group from the results
- Enter your personal info and your travel agent email
- Create a password and submit, then it activates in 24 to 48 hours
Royal Caribbean looks up your agency by phone, not CLIA. Searching by name or entering the CLIA usually returns nothing. This one login also gives you Celebrity access.
- Go to the Cruising Power login page and choose Create an Account
- Enter an email address you've never used on Cruising Power before
- When it asks for your agency, enter the Atlas Coast phone number
- Accept the terms to get a verification email
- Open that email and verify your address
- Set and confirm your password
- Enter your account details, set your communication preferences, and save
You can't reuse the email or username from your old host. The card also walks you through moving your training credits over once your old bookings have finished, and how booking transfers work.
Shown as of October 2026. Members see every card in MyAtlas, and cards are updated as suppliers change their process.

And in person
The Atlas Coast Summit
Our agent conference in Orlando: a full day of sessions, plus ship and hotel tours and an optional cruise add-on. Tickets are separate from membership.
Agent meetups
We've held in-person agent meet and greets in Florida, and Midwest meetups are in the works. Dates go out to agents as they're set.
Ship tours and FAM trips
Walk the ships you sell on tours set up with cruise lines, and see resorts and destinations firsthand on FAM trips with suppliers. Spots Atlas Coast arranges go to book-ready agents.
And a community that's actually useful
Inside your dashboard
The agent community lives in the Atlas platform, not on Facebook. No algorithm decides what you see, and there are no ads between your colleagues' posts.
Questions, wins and supplier intel
It's where agents ask questions, share wins, post supplier intel and actually talk to each other, between lessons and long after you finish them.
Moderated by our team
The Atlas Coast team moderates it, so it stays focused on helping agents build real businesses.
Built for where you're starting
Brand new to travel
Most new agents start with no industry background, and that's fine. The Academy starts with what agents actually do and how they get paid, then walks you through clients, suppliers and bookings in a sensible order, so you're never piecing it together from forums.
Switching from another host
You don't need someone explaining what a travel agent is. Start Here has its own checklist for converting agents, covering running two agencies during the switch and protecting the bookings you already have. It's self-paced, so you can move quickly through what you know.
Watch us teach first
Want a feel for how we teach before you join? Our YouTube channel has free videos for travel agents, whether or not you're with Atlas Coast.
Questions people ask
Is Atlas Academy included in the membership?
Yes. There's no separate fee for the Academy. It's part of every Atlas Coast membership, and you get access as soon as you join.
Do I need travel industry experience first?
No. Most new agents start with no industry background. The Academy is built to take you from the basics to your first booking, so you're not figuring it out alone.
I'm an experienced agent. Do I still take it?
Yes. It's one of the three book-ready steps for every new agent, along with onboarding and identity verification. It's self-paced, so you can move quickly through what you already know and slow down on the parts that are specific to Atlas Coast.
Will I have to figure out supplier registration on my own?
No. Every supplier in our Supplier Directory has its own card with step-by-step registration, and agents switching from another host get separate steps where the process differs. You can also work through registrations live with a coach in a Small Group Session.
Is it all videos?
No. The Academy pairs written lessons with edited videos, and you can get live help from coaches every week in Office Hours, plus small group sessions and one-on-one calls for your first quote and first booking.
Are there live classes I have to attend?
No. There are no live sessions required and no schedule to follow. You work through it on your own time, in whatever order fits your business right now.
