1 What information do we collect?

Information you provide directly

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you register, express interest in our services, participate in activities, or contact us. This includes:

  • Names, phone numbers, email and mailing addresses
  • Usernames, passwords, and contact preferences
  • Billing addresses, debit/credit card numbers, and authentication data

Sensitive information

Where necessary and with your consent (or as otherwise permitted by law), we may process:

  • Biometric data — used for identity verification at signup

5 Cookies & tracking technologies

In short: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain security, improve functionality, and support analytics and advertising.

We use cookies, web beacons, and pixels to maintain security, prevent crashes, save preferences, and support basic site functions. Third parties may also use tracking technologies for analytics and advertising.

6 How long do we keep your information?

In short: We retain data as long as needed to provide our services, and no longer than 24 months after your account is terminated.

We retain personal information for as long as required to fulfill the purposes described here or as required by law. When there is no ongoing legitimate need to retain your data, we will delete or anonymize it. Where immediate deletion is not possible (e.g., backup archives), we will securely isolate it until deletion is feasible.

7 How do we keep your information safe?

In short: We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is completely secure. You access our services at your own risk and should do so only within a secure environment.

8 Do we collect information from minors?

In short: No. Our services are for adults (18+) only.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or market to anyone under 18. By using our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. If we discover we have collected information from a minor, we will deactivate the account and promptly delete the data. To report a concern, email [email protected].

9 Your privacy rights

In short: Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and control how your data is used.

In regions including the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to and a copy of your personal information
  • Request correction or erasure
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Request data portability
  • Opt out of automated decision-making

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

Opting out of marketing

Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, reply “STOP” to any SMS, or contact us directly. You will still receive non-marketing service communications.

SMS / mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

Managing your account

Log in to your account settings to update your information. To delete your account, contact us. We may retain certain information to prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.

10 Do-not-track controls

Most browsers offer a Do-Not-Track (DNT) setting. Because no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals currently exists, we do not respond to them at this time. California law requires this disclosure. If an industry standard is adopted in the future, we will update this notice accordingly.

11 US state privacy rights

In short: Residents of many US states have specific rights to access, correct, and delete their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising.

California “Shine the Light” law

California residents may request, once per year at no charge, information about personal data we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing. Submit requests using the contact details in Section 16.

12 Other regional privacy rights

Australia & New Zealand

We process personal information in accordance with Australia’s Privacy Act 1988 and New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020. You have the right to access or correct your data at any time. Complaints may be submitted to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the Office of New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.

13 Affiliate links disclosure

Our website may contain affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services we believe provide genuine value. Our participation in affiliate programs does not influence our content or recommendations.

14 Minimum age requirement

Atlas Coast Travel Group is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we will delete that information immediately.
