For agents who already book travel

Bring your book. Keep 90% from your first booking here.

You've already done the hard part: you have clients, you know your suppliers, and you know what a host should and shouldn't take from you. Atlas Coast is a non-MLM host with a 90/10 split from day one, no production thresholds, no long-term contracts, and no claim on your clients. Here's exactly how a move works.

What changes when you move here

  • 90/10 from your first booking

You keep 90% of every commission on your own bookings. There's no tier to unlock and no sales threshold to hit first, because we think an agent who arrives with a book of business shouldn't have to re-earn their split. The 10% we keep covers operations. That's the whole structure.

Why we built it this way
  • No lock-in, no exit fees

Month to month, with no long-term contract. Canceling is one click, with no notice period. Agents who stay here do so because it's worth it, not because leaving is complicated. The Launch Rate of $49 a month is locked in for as long as your membership stays active, so your cost never creeps up on you.

How we operate, in plain terms
  • Your clients stay yours

The agent agreement says so in writing, and you can read it before you join. You keep the right to work with your clients during and after your membership, you can export your client data any time while you're a member or within 30 days of leaving, and we won't solicit them. The one exception is a client who came to you through an Atlas Coast lead.

The practical stuff you'll ask about

Credentials
Every booking you make runs on Atlas Coast's agency CLIA and IATAN accreditation, so you don't need a personal membership to book. We hold Seller of Travel registration in California, Florida, Hawaii, and Washington, and you're covered under ours. Florida is the one state with a filing that falls to you: if you live in Florida or book Florida residents, there's a $50 annual filing paid directly to the state.
Supplier tiers
Supplier commission tiers follow agency volume, and ours has grown faster than anyone expected, which has already moved us into higher tiers with many major suppliers. We're also a member of Travel Leaders Network, a consortium that pools the sales of thousands of agencies, so you get preferred rates a new agency on its own couldn't get. Browse our supplier partners. If a supplier you work with isn't on the list, submit an add supplier request once you join. New suppliers get added all the time.
Payouts
Commissions go out on the 1st and 15th of each month, once we've received them from the supplier. No payout fees, no processing fees, no administrative deductions. What you're owed is what you receive.
E&O
Atlas Coast carries a $2 million E&O policy with a $500 deductible, and defense costs sit outside the deductible. It's the agency's policy, shared across all agents, so as your volume grows, your own individual policy on top of it is worth considering.
Tools
MyAtlas is your client management and commission tracking platform, included at no extra cost, with secure credit card authorization and travel insurance waiver documentation built in. You also get a custom agent profile page that works as a full website, and a listing in the Atlas Coast agent directory. If you already have your own site, the profile is optional.
Training
Completing Atlas Academy is one of the three steps to becoming book-ready, along with your onboarding session and identity verification, so every new agent finishes it, experienced or not. It's self-paced with no schedule to follow, so you set the speed. There's no quota, before or after.

How to switch without losing a commission

Moving hosts is normal, and done right it doesn't cost you a dollar of pending income. Here's the order that protects you.

  1. Join Atlas Coast while your current membership is still active.

We're non-exclusive, so overlapping two hosts during a transition is allowed and expected. The overlap also gives you time to finish your three book-ready steps before your first Atlas Coast booking.

  2. Leave your existing bookings where they are.

Bookings made through a previous host stay with that host, and the commission follows the booking. With most hosts, you'll want to keep that membership active until those bookings pay out.

  3. Run every new booking through Atlas Coast's credentials.

You can't use our CLIA or IATAN numbers for a booking processed through another agency, and you can't use theirs for one processed through us. Keep your records clean and know which agency each booking belongs to.

  4. Move your clients into MyAtlas and set up payouts.

Payout setup is self-serve in MyAtlas under Payouts, then Set up payouts.

  5. Cancel your old host once your pipeline has cleared.

Time it around your old host's payout schedule, not just your clients' travel dates.

What 90% adds up to in a year

Many hosts pay agents somewhere between 60% and 80% of each commission. Here's how much more you'd keep at Atlas Coast in a year, after paying your $49 a month here.

Your gross commission for the yearYou'd keep at Atlas CoastMore than at an 80% hostMore than at a 70% hostMore than at a 60% host
$10,000$8,412$412$1,412$2,412
$25,000$21,912$1,912$4,412$6,912
$50,000$44,412$4,412$9,412$14,412

How the math works: 90% of your gross commission, minus $588 a year in membership, compared with the share you'd keep at the other split. Gross commission is what suppliers pay on your bookings before any split. These are examples to show the math, not an earnings projection, and they don't count any fees another host might charge on top.

What we won't pretend

We don't sell membership on leads.

Some client inquiries come in through Atlas Coast's own audience, and those go to a small group of Booking Partners chosen mostly by niche, at an 80/20 split on those leads only. For nearly every agent, the honest answer on leads is no. Your book is your book.

A headline supplier rate isn't the number that pays you.

A 12% commission with a 90% keep puts 10.8% of the fare in your pocket. A 15% commission with a 70% keep puts 10.5% there. Compare what lands in your account, not the rate on the brochure.

Commissions still pay after travel.

That's the industry, not us. It can take 6 to 12 months from a booking to a deposit, which is exactly why step two above matters.

Questions experienced agents ask

Do you require exclusivity?

No. Atlas Coast is non-exclusive. You can hold more than one host affiliation if your situation calls for it, as long as each booking runs through the right agency's credentials.

Do I have to go through Atlas Academy?

Yes. Completing Atlas Academy is one of the three steps to becoming book-ready, along with your onboarding session and identity verification, and that's true for every new agent. It's self-paced with no schedule to follow, so you can move through it on your own time.

Do I keep my EMBARC card or IATAN ID?

Yes. Personal credentials are yours. An EMBARC card from an individual CLIA membership moves with you by updating your agency affiliation. Your IATAN card is yours too, though its annual renewal verifies production through whichever agency you're with at the time.

Do I need to set up new supplier accounts?

Yes, you'll re-register with suppliers under Atlas Coast's credentials, because supplier access is tied to the agency you're affiliated with, not to you personally. For most preferred suppliers it's a quick self-registration, and the training and certifications you've already completed carry over, so you're not starting from scratch. A smaller set of suppliers need an agency-level submission, and Atlas Coast handles that part. The Supplier Directory walks you through each supplier one by one, with separate steps for agents moving over from another host, and approvals go through once you're book-ready. Your BDM relationships are yours and come with you, so a quick note letting them know you've moved is usually all it takes.

Will my commissions be lower because Atlas Coast is new?

Supplier tiers are based on agency booking volume, and ours has already moved us into higher tiers with many major suppliers. On top of that, we're a member of Travel Leaders Network, a consortium that pools the sales of thousands of agencies. And you keep 90% of every commission, which is the number that matters most.
