Beyond the open group sessions on the training hub (Office Hours and Class Is In Session), you have three ways to get closer, more personal coaching. Each one is built for a specific moment in your journey, so the fastest way to get real help is to pick the one that actually matches where you are right now.
Book a 1:1 Milestone Call
Join a Small Group Session
Grab a Quick 15
This is the hands-on one. A coach shares screens with you and works through your first quote or your first booking, live, start to finish. Building a quote? You build it together. Client ready to buy? You place the booking together. It's real work on your actual client, not a general check-in.
We keep this one gated because the 30 minutes is for your actual quote or booking, not for covering ground Academy already covers. Showing up ready is exactly what makes it work.
Book Your 1:1A small room, 5 to 8 agents, with a coach who has time to actually get to your questions. This is where you go when you want more individual attention than the large group sessions can give, but you're not placing a booking yet. If you've got a real client ready to buy, that's a 1:1, not this.
There's no hard requirement here, but you'll get far more out of the room with the basics already under your belt. Keeping the group to 5 to 8 is what makes sure everyone gets real air time.
Join a Small GroupExactly what it sounds like. Fifteen minutes for a few quick questions, for agents who are a good way into Academy and just need a couple of things cleared up.
Here's the honest ask: check Academy and the Resource Guide first, because a lot of the time the answer's already there and you'll get it faster than waiting for a slot. Quick 15 is for the questions that genuinely aren't covered anywhere else, and checking first keeps these slots open for everyone.
Book a Quick 15Your coaching sessions, both your 1:1 Milestone Calls and your Quick 15s, are one of the most valuable things your membership gives you: focused time with a coach who's there just for you. When you book one, that time is set aside and a coach is scheduled to meet you. A missed session isn't free on our end. It takes that spot away from another agent who wanted it, and it comes at a real cost to Atlas Coast.
Life happens, and an occasional change is completely understandable. All we ask is that if you can't make a session, you cancel with at least 24 hours notice so we can open that spot back up for someone else. Cancelling in time never counts against you. This is only about no-shows, booking a session and not showing up.
Here's the good news: string together six months with no missed session and your count goes right back to zero, a clean slate.
A pause covers both your 1:1 Milestone Calls and your Quick 15s, since a no-show is a no-show either way. Office Hours and Small Group Sessions stay open to you the entire time.
This isn't about being strict for its own sake. It's about protecting a limited resource so it stays there for the agents who are ready to show up and use it. Give us a heads-up whenever your plans change, and we'll always be glad to see you in your sessions.
Looking for the open group sessions? Office Hours and Class Is In Session are always on the training hub, along with every session recording and the weekly agent videos.
