Atlas Coast offers two application-only programs for agents who are ready to go further. Agent Success Coaches are paid to support and guide our agent community. Booking Partners receive warm client leads directly from Melissa. Both programs require good standing, demonstrated experience, and a genuine commitment to professionalism. Agent Success Coaches
Coaches are the human backbone of the Atlas Coast support model. As a coach, you host weekly Office Hours sessions and conduct milestone-gated 1:1 calls with agents who are preparing their first quote or first booking. This is a paid per-session contractor role, not a volunteer position. You work, you get paid.
Pay is $25 per Office Hours session, $15 per completed 1:1, and $10 when an agent no-shows a scheduled 1:1 (you blocked the time, so you're compensated for it). Payments are issued via Gusto, which is separate from Dots, where your agent commission payouts come from. You do not invoice us. You submit the session log form after every call and Jenny calculates from those records.
To be eligible, you must be an active Atlas Coast agent in good standing with robust experience as an agent, including at least six months of travel industry experience. You need to be comfortable on camera in a live group setting and have reliable weekly availability for recurring sessions.
Booking Partners
Booking Partners receive warm client leads directly from Melissa... real people who have reached out through her content, platforms, or network, or through the Atlas Coast website, and are ready to book travel. This is not a cold leads list. These clients come to you pre-warmed and looking for an agent.
Booking Partners operate on an 80/20 commission split, where you keep 80% of every booking. This differs from the standard 90/10 agent split and reflects the value of the leads being delivered directly to you. Payouts come through Dots on the 1st and 15th of each month. As a Booking Partner in good standing, Atlas Coast also covers your individual CLIA membership ($49/year), reimbursed upon receipt submission through the Hub.
To be eligible, you must be an active Atlas Coast agent in good standing with a minimum of five completed bookings and at least two supplier certifications. Every lead must receive a response within 24 hours of delivery, no exceptions. Leads that go unanswered are reassigned, and repeated misses result in removal from the program. Your agent subscription is not waived.
