Our coaching roles come in three forms: a paid staff position, a paid per-session role, and a volunteer community role. And our Booking Partners receive warm client leads directly from Melissa. Booking Partner
Booking Partners receive warm client leads delivered through MyAtlas from the Atlas Coast audience and network. These clients are ready to book and can help you elevate your book of business. This is not a cold leads list.
Commission Splits
Leads arrive in your MyAtlas dashboard. You have 24 hours to respond. Unanswered leads are reassigned, and repeated misses result in removal from the program. Payouts are issued on the 1st and 15th of each month. Learn more about expectations of the role.

Coach
Coaches are the backbone of our agent support model. You conduct milestone-gated 1:1 calls and small group sessions with agents preparing their first quote or first booking, and you rotate through Office Hours as needed. This is a paid contractor role. You work, you get paid.
What You Earn Per Session
You submit a session log after every call and our team calculates payment from those records, and you're paid two times per month. Learn more about expectations of the role.

Agent Success Coach
This is our paid staff coaching role, a part-time position on the Atlas Coast team. Agent Success Coaches are employees, not contractors, with a regular schedule and a steady paycheck. You're the steady hand agents lean on as they move from signed up to confidently booking.
How This Role Works
Unlike our per-session coaches, this is a staff position. You're paid a regular wage on a set schedule rather than per session, and you're a full member of the team. Learn more about expectations of the role.

Community Coach
This is our volunteer role, and it's the heart of the Atlas Community. Community Coaches are the official moderators inside the community. You welcome new agents, answer the questions you remember having yourself, and keep the space warm, active, and genuinely helpful.
