Atlas Coach & Booking Partner Application

We hand-select our coaches and Booking Partners from within the Atlas Coast agent community. If you're interested in either role — or both — this is where you start. Applications are reviewed by leadership and we'll follow up personally.

About the Roles
Agent Success Coach

Coaches host weekly Office Hours sessions and conduct milestone-gated 1:1 calls with agents who are preparing their first quote or booking. This is a paid per-session contractor role. Coaches must be active, experienced travel agents with strong communication skills and availability for recurring weekly sessions. (Learn more)

Booking Partner

Booking Partners receive client leads directly from Melissa. This is an application-only program for agents who have demonstrated they are active, professional, and ready to serve clients. Eligibility requires good standing with Atlas Coast, a minimum number of completed bookings, and at least two supplier certifications.  (Learn more)

Use your Atlas signup email. This is how we match your application to your agent record. A mismatch slows everything down.

You can apply for both roles. If you're interested in coaching and being a Booking Partner, select "Both" and complete all sections. Applications are reviewed together.

We review every application personally. You'll hear from us within 5 business days.
Founding Year Eligibility Note The standard 6-month tenure requirement for Booking Partners is waived for agents who join Atlas Coast during our first year of operation. If you're an early member and you meet the booking and certification requirements, you're eligible to apply now.
