Agent Verification Letter Request Form

Need a letter confirming you're an active independent travel advisor with Atlas Coast? Fill this out and we'll email you a signed PDF on our letterhead.

You'll usually need this when a supplier, a partner program, or another organization asks for written proof that you're affiliated with Atlas Coast Travel Group. If someone needs confirmation that you really are one of our advisors, this letter does that.

Who we can issue this letter for. To protect the standards and integrity of our agency, we only issue verification letters for agents who are book ready. When we vouch for you in writing, we're telling a supplier or program that you're a fully onboarded, trained, and verified Atlas Coast advisor, so we hold that letter to a real standard. Book ready means all three of these are complete:

• ID verified. Your identity check is done and confirmed on your account. Not done yet? Complete your ID verification here.

• Academy complete. You've completed Atlas Academy, so you're trained and ready to book. Not finished? Head to Atlas Academy to wrap it up.

If any of the three isn't finished yet, we won't be able to issue the letter until it is. That isn't us being difficult, it's us making sure every letter we sign actually means something. What to expect:

• Turnaround. Most requests are ready within one to two business days. We'll verify your book ready status and good standing and email the signed PDF to the address on your Atlas Coast account.
• Use your full legal name. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your government ID. Suppliers and programs match this against your identification, so a nickname or a shortened version can get the letter rejected on their end.
• It confirms your advisor status, nothing more. The letter states that you're an active independent advisor with Atlas Coast. It doesn't include income, commissions, or booking history, because that isn't what this letter is for.

One honest note about what this letter can and can't be. Atlas Coast agents are independent contractors who run their own businesses. We're your host agency, not your employer. That means we can confirm you're an active advisor with us, but we can't issue an employment verification or verify you as an employee, because that relationship doesn't exist and saying otherwise wouldn't be true. If a landlord, lender, or anyone else is asking specifically for employment verification, this letter won't meet that request, and it's better to know that now than after you've submitted.
