Where Is My Commission?
If a commission hasn't arrived and it has been at least 90 days since your client's travel end date, submit this form and our accounting team will track it down.
Do not submit this form until all three of the following are true:
- The booking is entered in MyAtlas with a completed booking record. Our accounting team matches incoming supplier payments to bookings in the system. If your booking isn't in MyAtlas, there is nothing to match against and we have no way to identify or claim your commission.
- It has been at least 90 days since your client's travel end date. Most suppliers remit commission 60 to 90 days after travel. A commission that hasn't arrived at 60 days is usually still in the supplier's normal processing pipeline, not actually missing. Waiting the full 90 days means we are chasing something that is genuinely late, not just slow.
- Your Dots account is active and set up to receive payments. Even if we locate and confirm your commission, we cannot issue payment without an active Dots account. Getting that set up first means you get paid as soon as we resolve the request.
Once you submit, our accounting team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and provide a first update within 5 business days.
