Atlas Coast offers two application-only programs for agents who are ready to go further. Agent Success Coaches are paid to support and guide our agent community, and Booking Partners receive warm client leads directly from the agency. Both programs require good standing, demonstrated experience, and a genuine commitment to professionalism. Read both fully before you apply.
Join Atlas Coast
Agent Success Coach
Coaches are the backbone of our agent support model. You host weekly Office Hours and conduct milestone-gated 1:1 calls with agents preparing their first quote or first booking. This is a paid contractor role. You work, you get paid.
What You Earn Per Session
You submit a session log after every call and our team calculates payment from those records, and you receive payment two times per month. Learn more about expectations of the role.

Booking Partner
Booking Partners receive warm client leads delivered through MyAtlas from the Atlas Coast audience and network. These clients are ready to book and can help you elevate your book of business. This is not a cold leads list.
Commission Splits
Leads arrive in your MyAtlas dashboard. You have 24 hours to respond. Unanswered leads are reassigned, and repeated misses result in removal from the program. Payouts are issued on the 1st and 15th of each month. Learn more about expectations of the role.
