Session Tracking
Use this form to log every session you complete -- 1:1 calls, no-shows, and Office Hours. This is how your activity gets recorded and how your pay gets calculated. If it's not submitted, it's not on record.
Before You Submit

Log every session. Completed 1:1 calls, no-shows, and Office Hours sessions all require a submission. If it was on your calendar, it gets logged here -- no exceptions.

No-shows still count. If an agent didn't show, log it as a no-show. Do not skip it. No-shows are compensated and must be on record.

One form per session. For 1:1 calls: one form per call. For Office Hours: one form per session regardless of how many agents attended.

This is how you get paid. Your submissions are what we use to verify and process your coaching payments. Missing submissions = missing records.

Submit the same day. Log your session before you close out so nothing falls through the cracks.
What You Earn
Office Hours session $25 per session
1:1 Milestone Call -- completed $15 per call
1:1 Milestone Call -- no-show $10 per call
Pay dates: 1st and 15th of every month via Gusto. Coaching pay is processed as 1099 contractor income -- separate from your agent commission payments through Dots.
