Before you submit, make sure you have read the Atlas Partner and Coach Terms and Expectations in full. That page covers the requirements, standards, and expectations of each program. By checking the box and submitting this form, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything outlined there.

What happens after you submit. Your designation will be applied to your Atlas profile and you will receive onboarding instructions from our team. If you are accepting both roles, both will be processed together.
