Kajabi runs on two completely separate login portals. They use the same email address but show you entirely different things. Logging into the wrong one is the most common cause of confusion on this team.
This is the backend. Use it to manage the platform: create and edit courses, configure automations, manage member records, send broadcasts, and access all account settings.
This is the front end. It is where agents, coaches, and any staff enrolled in courses log in to access their Library, take lessons, and use the Agent Dashboard.
Having full admin access at app.kajabi.com does not automatically give you access to any courses on the member portal. Admin lets you manage the platform. Member access lets you view courses. If a staff member has admin access and wants to see the Library, they still need to be enrolled in an Offer covering those courses, exactly the same as any agent.
Courses only appear in a member's Library when two conditions are both true: the member is logged into the member portal at atlascoasttravel.com, and that member has been granted an active Offer that includes the course. Either condition missing means the Library looks empty or incomplete.
An Offer is the mechanism that grants a member access to one or more courses. Think of it as a permission pass. A course can be fully built and published in Kajabi, but unless a member has been given an Offer that includes it, it will not appear in their Library at all.
Offers are typically assigned automatically through Kajabi automations when an agent joins or completes a milestone. They can also be granted manually from the admin portal by opening a member's record and adding the Offer from their Purchases tab.
Some Offers are configured with a "Restrict access to a specific amount of days" setting. When that window expires, the course silently disappears from the member's Library with no warning. If someone reports losing access to a course they previously had, check the Offer settings for an expiration window first. To check: admin portal > Members > find the member > Purchases tab > review the Offer.
Before escalating any "I can't see my courses" ticket, run through these checks first. They resolve the vast majority of access issues without any technical intervention.
The member portal is atlascoasttravel.com. If they are going to app.kajabi.com, they will never see the Library. Ask them to log out, go to atlascoasttravel.com, and log in from there instead.
In the admin portal: go to People > Members > search the member's email > open their record > click the Purchases tab. Confirm the correct Offer is listed and does not show an expired or revoked status.
If the Offer is missing, click Grant Offer from the Purchases tab, select the appropriate Offer from the list, and confirm.
From the Purchases tab, click into the Offer record and look for a "Days of access" or "Restrict access" setting. If it has expired, revoke the Offer and re-grant it, or update the day limit in the Offer settings before re-granting.
Draft courses do not appear in any member's Library even with a valid Offer. In the admin portal, go to Products > Courses, open the course, and confirm its status is Published.
To verify the member experience independently of any specific account issue, create a test member account using a personal email address, grant it the same Offers as a real agent, then log in at atlascoasttravel.com and walk through the Library. This confirms the platform setup is correct before blaming a member-specific issue.
Run in order for any "can't see my courses" report. Stop at the step that fixes it.
