Tim Peterson (JourneyFuse) confirmed this workflow is in active testing as of May 26, 2026. Do not use in production until Melissa confirms it is fully live. Remove this callout once confirmed.
When Melissa, Bati, or Kelley makes a sale, they may ask Donna to log it in MyAtlas on their behalf. This is done from Donna's own admin login using the Quick Add workflow with the "Submitting on behalf of" dropdown. The booking is recorded under the correct person, uses their commission split automatically, and appears in their own MyAtlas view exactly as if they had entered it themselves.

Have all booking details ready before opening the form: supplier name, client name, travel dates, booking reference number, and commission amount. Confirm who the booking belongs to. If unclear, ask before proceeding.

1Log in to MyAtlas using your own admin credentials.
Do not log in as Melissa, Bati, or Kelley. This workflow only functions correctly from your admin login. myatlasgo.com -
2Navigate to Commissions in the left nav.
Make sure you are on the My View side -- this is the default when you log in. Do not use Quick Add from the agency-wide admin view. -
3Click Quick Add.
This opens the standard booking entry form. -
4At the top of the form, find the "Submitting on behalf of" dropdown.
Select the person whose booking this is. Options: Melissa Newman, Bati, or Kelley White.
Do not skip this step. If you submit without selecting a name, the booking will record under your own account. -
5Complete the rest of the booking form.
Fill in all required fields: supplier name, client name, travel dates, booking reference number, commission amount. -
6Submit the booking.
The booking records under the selected person's account using their commission split and appears in their own view. -
7Verify the entry looks correct.
Confirm the booking appears under the correct person's name, not your own. Confirm the commission amount, supplier, and booking reference match what was provided. If you can confirm with the named person that it appears correctly in their view, do so.
No further action required unless something looks wrong. If the booking confirmed correctly, the commission is queued for the standard payout cycle (1st and 15th via Dots).
Do not attempt to correct it yourself. Message Melissa immediately via Missive. Include: the booking reference number, who it was intended for, and who it actually recorded under. Melissa or Betsy will handle correction.
Do not enter the booking. Message Melissa and flag that the dropdown is not appearing in Quick Add. This may mean the feature has not been fully activated on your admin account, or that Tim needs to enable it on the JourneyFuse side.
Flag to Betsy for commission reconciliation. Do not delete or resubmit without explicit confirmation from Betsy or Melissa. Include a screenshot of the booking record if possible.
Wait 2-3 minutes and refresh. If the booking still does not appear, contact Tim Peterson at [email protected] and copy Melissa. Include the agent name, booking reference, and approximate time of submission. Do not re-enter the booking until Tim confirms it was not processed.
Always use your own admin login. Never log in to MyAtlas as Melissa, Bati, or Kelley to enter bookings on their behalf. The "Submitting on behalf of" dropdown is the correct mechanism and is only available from your own admin account.
