Access Rule

Atlas Academy unlocks immediately at purchase. No waiting for IDV, eWebinar completion, or any other step. The moment an agent's payment is confirmed, Atlas Academy is available at atlascoasttravel.com/products/atlas-academy.

No Gating Beyond Purchase

Atlas Academy is not gated behind IDV, onboarding completion, or any tag. If an agent says they cannot access Academy after purchasing, the issue is with their Kajabi product grant — not a missing tag or pending step. See Common Issues below.

Common Issues and How to Handle Them
"I can't access Atlas Academy after purchasing."
  1. Confirm the agent has a confirmed purchase in Kajabi — check their contact record for the Travel Agent Monthly Hosting Fee offer.
  2. Check that the Atlas Academy product is granted on their Kajabi contact record under Products.
  3. If the product is not granted: manually grant Atlas Academy access in Kajabi (Products tab on the contact record).
  4. Ask agent to log out and log back in at atlascoasttravel.com/library if the access was just granted.
  5. If the product IS granted and they still cannot access it: escalate to Jenny. May be a lesson-level publishing issue.
"A specific lesson is not loading or shows as locked."
Escalate to Jenny. Lesson-level visibility and publishing issues require Kajabi admin access and curriculum knowledge. Donna does not edit lesson content or settings.
"My progress is not saving / I can't mark lessons complete."
Ask agent to try a different browser or clear cache. If the issue persists across browsers: escalate to Jenny. This is typically a Kajabi platform behavior, not a settings issue.
"I want to reset my progress and start over."
Escalate to Jenny. Progress reset requires Kajabi admin action on the agent's product enrollment. Confirm the agent explicitly wants a full reset before Jenny executes — it cannot be undone.
"I completed the Academy but my badge is not showing on my directory profile."
Check whether the academy-complete tag is present on the agent's Kajabi contact record. If the tag is present, Zap 7 should have fired. Check Zap 7 task history in Zapier. If the tag is missing: apply it manually in Kajabi (or via the tag form at atlascoasttravel.com/tags). If the tag is present and Zap 7 ran but the badge is still missing: contact Tim Peterson at [email protected].
"A lesson has incorrect information / a broken link."
Do not edit lesson content directly. Log the issue with the lesson name, URL, and description of the problem. Route to Jenny. Jenny owns all curriculum content corrections.
Manual Enrollment

If an agent's Atlas Academy product grant did not fire automatically (e.g., their purchase did not trigger Kajabi Automation 1), Donna can manually grant access.

    Find the agent's contact record in Kajabi admin.

    Click the Products tab on the contact record.
  • 3
    Click Grant Product and select Atlas Academy.
  • 4
    Confirm the grant. The agent can now access Academy immediately upon next login.
  • 5
    Leave an internal comment in Missive (or on the agent's Kajabi contact note) documenting that manual enrollment was required and when.
When to Use Manual Enrollment

Only use this if Automation 1 did not fire (rare). If an agent purchased and Automation 1 ran correctly, their access should already be live. Check the Kajabi automation run log before manually granting to avoid duplicate enrollments.

Tag Application Ownership

Jenny determines when an agent has completed Atlas Academy and instructs staff to apply the academy-complete tag. Donna or Nicole can apply the tag in Kajabi or via the tag form, but only on Jenny's confirmation. Do not apply this tag based on agent self-report.
