This form allows you to update agent tags without logging into Kajabi

Use this form to manually apply or remove Kajabi tags for an agent. This is the only authorized method for manual tag overrides. Do not add or remove tags directly in Kajabi contact records except in a declared emergency. Every submission is logged automatically. If the agent email does not match what is in Kajabi exactly, the action will not process and you will receive an error notification at [email protected].

Agent Email Address

Must match the agent's email address in Kajabi exactly, including capitalization. If you are unsure, look up the agent's contact record in Kajabi first. A mismatch will cause the action to fail.

Action Type Descriptions

ID Verify Approved

Only select this after completing a full manual review of the agent's ID documents in ID Analyzer. This is final. It marks the agent as verified and clears all intermediate IDV tags.

IDV Verify Rejected

Does NOT close the account. Sends an urgent alert to leadership for review. A COO or CEO must take any further action.

Onboarding Complete Override

Use when an agent attended the eWebinar but the completion webhook failed and they never received MyAtlas access. Confirm attendance before submitting.

Coach Approved

Only submit after Melissa or a COO has reviewed and approved the candidate. This grants Coach program access.

Partner Approved

Only submit after Melissa or a COO has reviewed and approved the candidate. This grants Partner program access.

Coach Removed

Removes Coach designation. Does not affect the agent's standard membership. A "coach - former" tag will be applied automatically.

Partner Removed

Removes Partner designation. Does not affect the agent's standard membership. A "partner - former" tag will be applied automatically.

Academy Complete Override

Use when an agent completed all Atlas Academy modules but the completion certificate did not fire due to a technical issue. Confirm completion before submitting.
