Atlas Partner CLIA Membership Reimbursement
Atlas Coast reimburses active Booking Partners for the cost of their individual CLIA membership, purchased directly at cruising.org. This reimbursement is available once per year and is added to your next commission pay cycle after approval.
You are eligible to submit this form only if all of the following are true:
- You are an active Atlas Booking Partner and have held that designation for at least 90 days. This reimbursement is a Booking Partner benefit and is not available to standard Atlas members or to Booking Partners who have held the designation for fewer than 90 days. The 90-day requirement ensures the benefit goes to partners who are actively established in the program. If you are not sure of your designation date, contact support.
- You purchased an individual CLIA membership in your own name at cruising.org. Reimbursement covers individual agent memberships only. It does not apply to agency-level memberships, renewals purchased outside of cruising.org, or memberships purchased on behalf of someone else.
- You have not already submitted a CLIA reimbursement request this calendar year. One reimbursement per Booking Partner per year.
After you submit this form, our team will follow up to request a copy of your receipt from cruising.org. Have it ready to send. Once your receipt is verified and your eligibility is confirmed, the reimbursement amount will be added to your next commission payout cycle.
Reimbursement Form
This reimbursement covers the basic CLIA individual agent membership tier only. If your Booking Partner designation is revoked for any reason before the reimbursement is processed, the request will not be paid.
Reimbursement is limited to the standard individual CLIA agent membership fee paid directly to CLIA at cruising.org. Premium tiers, upgrades, or multi-year purchases are reimbursed at the standard annual rate only. Reimbursement requires active Booking Partner status in good standing at the time of payment, not only at the time of submission. Atlas Coast reserves the right to deny or reverse reimbursement if eligibility cannot be verified or if Booking Partner status changes prior to payout.
